Queensland Family Pools & Spas has been an active member of the Swimming Pool and Spa Association Australia (SPASA Australia) for many years.
Each year SPASA members compete for recognition of the outstanding work they perform in the annual Awards of Excellence program, in which we have won many years in a row.
At Queensland Family Pools & Spas, we believe customer expectations should be high and we work to exceed them through superior workmanship and genuine customer service. Our team understands that happy clients lead to referrals, which is why much of our growth comes from word of mouth and our strong reputation for quality. Many customers return to us for their second, third, and fourth pool, and in one case even their seventh, showing the trust and loyalty we are proud to build.
We are proud SPASA members, meaning your pool is covered by SPASA Completion Insurance. This guarantees completion at the original contract price if a builder cannot finish the job. Without this protection, you can be left with an unfinished pool and significant extra costs to have another builder complete the work. While other builders may belong to organisations such as HIA or Master Builders, these do not offer completion insurance, making SPASA membership an important safeguard.

Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a progressive, genetic condition which primarily affects the lungs and digestive system for which there is no cure.
Physiotherapy and sport assists in moving mucus off the lungs – swimming is a terrific form of sport to assist in opening up the airways and building up lung function.
Queensland Family Pools recognise the importance of swimming for those with CF, our team, along with our incredible Sub – Contractors and Suppliers, have donated multiple swimming pools to families with Children living with CF. Over the years, we have assisted
numerous families with CF by donating pool products, to encourage their children to get active and swim.
Cystic Fibrosis Queensland advocates for those with CF, for research and clinical improvement programs.
